A deficiency of service may include lack of explanation, clarifications, or understanding, which can escalate into shortfalls in the expected delivery standards—either due to inadequacy of available facilities or the attitude of staff towards clients.

  • If still unsatisfied with the response, you may access the ODR Portal.
